Yes, there will be a developmental levy.
What type of infrastructure will the developer provide?
Perimeter fencing, earth road and a gated house.
What does it take to acquire a commercial plot?
Commercial plot attracts a 20% surcharge.
Is the road to the estate motorable?
Yes, the road to the estate is motorable.
Can I have corner piece plot?
Yes, corner piece requires 10% surcharge.
When will my plot(s) be allocated to me?
Immediately after 100% payment for the land, documentation of land agreement and survey/allocation fee has been made.
Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
No, there is no limit to commence work.
If I pay outright for my plot(s) and cannot complete the payment on other stipulated fee, can I get a refund?
There is a 90 day deadline after payment for plots to complete payment on survey/allocation and land agreement fee to avoid loss of allocation or being relocated to another estate.
Can I pay a deposit now and pay balance anytime within the chosen tenure?
After the initial payment, you are expected pay the balance as at when due. Non-Payment as at when due will be regarded as fundamental breach of agreement which can result to 5% monthly late charges and possibly relocation of the said plot(s).
