Can I pay a deposit now and pay balance anytime within the chosen tenure?
After the initial payment,you are expected to pay the balance as at when due.
Non-payment as at when due will be regarded as fundamental breach of
agreement which can result to paying the estate current plan or moved to

Is there any required cost to have a corner piece plot?
Yes, corner piece requires 10% surcharge.
Can I start construction or building on the land now?
You can start construction after physical allocation has been made and payment
of the stipulated survey fee and development Levy.
What is the Size of the plot?

If I paid outright for my plot(s) and cannot complete the payment on the other stipulated fee, can I get a refund?
There is a 90days deadline after payment for plots to complete payment on
Survey /allocation and land agreement fee to avoid loss of allocation or being
allocated to another estate.
Is there any encumbrances on the Land?
The Land is free from Government acquisition and adverse claim.
Can I resell my Property?
Yes, a subscriber who has paid on their land can resell their plot. However
consent must be sought and granted by the developer. However, we would
require the seller to furnish the company with details of the buyer.
What Happens if I cannot continue with Payment can I get a refund?
Yes, a refund can be made. However, will be made in full less 30% Administrative
Charges. A 3 months period will be allowed the vendor to process the payment.
Would I be expected to make any other payments Subsequently?
Yes, the Annual Service charge.
What is an annual service charge?
The annual service charge is a fee made by the subscriber to the estate, at the
beginning of each year, which takes care of the general maintenance of the estate.
