year for 4 years.
Are these investment backed?
Yes, these investment are backed by real assets.
Can I invest more than N100k?
Yes, you can invest more than 100k. The minimum amount you can invest is 100k,
however you can invest above 100k.
Will there be specific date when I will get my returns?
Yes, you will get your return exactly 12 months from the day you made your
investment.
Will I get update on the project the investment is used on?
Yes, you will get regular update on the process of the projects via email.
How does it work?
It’s simple, invest N100k in the development of a new apartment and
receive N20,000 every year for 4 years. In the 4th year, you get back
last return plus capital.See the breakdown below:
Investment: N100k
End of year 1: you receive N20,000
End of year 2 : you receive N20,000
End of year 3: you receive N20,000
End of year 4: you receive N120,000 (interest of N20,000 + N100,000)
How am I sure my returns will be paid as at when due?
Beside getting a contract of investment that shows how much of the apartment
you have invested in, you will also get a post dated cheque which you can either
take to the bank on the due date or return it in lieu of a bank transfer.
What is the process for investing?

2. Make payment into the designated account and send proof of payment
3. Receive you investment contract and your post dated cheque.
